I'm convinced Bitcoin will rise over the long term. I want to be part of it.
But I don't want to bear the full brunt of historical drawdowns of 50, 60 or 80 percent. Volatility comes with the territory, just not on that scale.
I don't want to study charts or time the market. That should be handled by a rules-based model that works systematically and without emotion.
That's exactly what BTCAI is built for. When Bitcoin rises, capital stays invested. When the market moves sideways or turns, the AI reduces the Bitcoin allocation and allocates up to 80% to cash, a price-neutral position.
BTCAI is powered by the model developed by Aisot, an ETH spin-off. Several AI models estimate Bitcoin's return potential and its uncertainty. This produces a signal for the weighting between Bitcoin and cash.
Multiple AI models analyze market, news and macro data to estimate Bitcoin's future return potential. At the same time, the uncertainty of the forecast is taken into account.
The AI signal feeds into a quantitative optimization model. This determines the weighting between Bitcoin and cash. The cash allocation can be as high as 80%.
The calculated weighting is implemented once a month. Rules-based, with no discretionary intervention.
Range of the strategy
The cash share can range from 0% to 80%.
As of 1 October 2026. The allocation is adjusted once a month. We publish it with a delay of at least one month to protect the model's strategy.
The model.
Several independently trained AI models estimate Bitcoin's future return potential. They draw on a range of information from financial markets, news, macroeconomic indicators and other data sources.
Alongside the expected return, the uncertainty of the forecast is also factored in. The result is a signal that captures both the expected development and the risk involved.
The optimization.
The AI signal feeds into a quantitative optimization model based on the Black-Litterman approach. Expected return and risk are considered together to determine the weighting between Bitcoin and cash.
Depending on market conditions, the cash allocation can be increased to as much as 80%. The remainder is invested in Bitcoin.
The implementation.
The calculated weighting is implemented once a month. The portfolio is realigned on a rules basis, with no discretionary intervention.
This allows BTCAI to be more heavily invested in Bitcoin when return expectations are attractive, and to increase the cash allocation when risk rises.
No offshore structure, a Swiss value chain with clear collateral instead.
Real Bitcoin and cash, no replication via derivatives such as futures or swaps. No additional counterparty risk.
Assets are held separately from the issuer's own assets, in custody at the Swiss bank Swissquote.
Every unit is fully backed by the underlying assets (fully collateralized).

The high-water mark is the benchmark set at the highest level reached so far: the performance fee applies only to the portion above it. If the product rises from 100 to 120, the 10% fee applies to the 20 points of gain. If it then falls to 90 and recovers to 120, nothing happens on the fee side. Only once it rises above the previous high does a fee apply again. We only earn more when you earn new money.

In an uptrend, the strategy is heavily invested in Bitcoin.
When the market moves sideways or falls
The Bitcoin allocation is reduced, with up to 80% moving into cash. The goal: limit losses during weak phases and keep capital ready to increase Bitcoin exposure again once the market recovers.

No. Bitcoin remains volatile, and even with BTCAI, losses up to a total loss are possible. The strategy adjusts the Bitcoin allocation on a rules basis to reduce risk in certain market phases. However, it cannot prevent losses.
Buy and hold is a proven strategy for many investors. But it also means bearing every upward and downward move of the Bitcoin market in full.
BTCAI takes a different approach. The strategy is designed to work with Bitcoin's typical price swings through a clearly defined, rules-based mechanism. Depending on market conditions, the allocation shifts between Bitcoin and cash, with the aim of limiting steep declines and being reinvested once the market recovers.
BTCAI is designed for investors who want to participate in Bitcoin over the long term while relying on a systematic investment process, straightforward exchange access, and professional custody. A management fee applies for implementing the strategy. Outperformance versus a classic buy-and-hold strategy, however, cannot be guaranteed.
The most important difference is the legal structure. An ETF is a fund. Its assets are treated as segregated assets and are legally separate from the assets of the fund company. An ETP, by contrast, is a collateralized debt security. On the SIX Swiss Exchange, however, crypto ETPs must be fully collateralized at all times. For BTCAI, the underlying assets are additionally held in custody at the FINMA-regulated Swissquote Bank. In everyday terms, the two products differ little for investors: both are bought and sold through a regular securities account.
With BTCAI, you invest through your existing securities account at your bank or broker. No wallet, no private keys, and no crypto exchange needed. Custody and trading are handled through regulated Swiss financial institutions.
A backtest shows how a strategy would have performed based on historical market data. It helps in understanding how it works and how it behaves under risk. However, it does not allow any conclusions about future performance.
On the SIX Swiss Exchange, exchange-traded products must be fully collateralized at all times. For BTCAI, the underlying assets are held not by the issuer but at the FINMA-regulated Swissquote Bank. This significantly reduces issuer risk.
Yes. Real Bitcoin is held for the Bitcoin portion. BTCAI does not replicate the strategy synthetically via derivatives such as futures, swaps or similar instruments. The underlying assets are held in custody at the FINMA-regulated Swissquote Bank.
On the SIX Swiss Exchange, exchange-traded products must be fully collateralized at all times. For BTCAI, the pledged assets are held not by the issuer but at the FINMA-regulated Swissquote Bank. Yes. BTCAI can be traded every trading day on the SIX Swiss Exchange, just like a stock or an ETF. All you need is a securities account. An official market maker continuously provides bid and ask prices.
The strategy is adjusted monthly. It can therefore mainly respond to prolonged downward and sideways phases. Rapid market crashes within hours or days cannot be fully avoided this way.
